Jacob, the technician fixed my oven. He was very friendly, on time and very knowledge. He found right away what was wrong with my oven. He goes above the service to make the customer happy. The price was very affordable. I want call this company again when I have issues with my appliances.
Beware. After being recommended by LG as a refrigerator repair company and setting up an appointment we received a phone call indicating there would be an additional travel charge of $40. We live only 15 miles from their location. We were without refrigeration three days. I'm sure they thought we'd pay anything for a repair
