A very professional yet compassionate doctor...she listens very well and explains things very well. Very thorough I trust her a lot.
-Casey in Cleveland's oh | Oct. 27, 2017 I agree with Ben, "If you get to see the Dr. she is very good." She will take time at your appointment. What I do not like is that it is difficult to get an appointment to see her and the FOLLOW UP is appalling!!! I use the electronic CCF MyChart to send messages, and they never get a reply. So I initiate phone calls as follow up....usually takes 2 calls to get an answ to MyCht msg This lack of follow up makes me feel stranded, I feeling I do not like.
What I like most about her is that she explains the different options, we discuss them & WE make the decision together what to do next. I think so many other people like this too, it'll be at least a couple months to get a appt. I tried once to see her with a nasty cough & had trouble catching my breath. I was told they couldn't fit me in, staff didn't even ask her. Not at all happy about that. Went to a different dr on same day, turned out I had double pneumonia & was hospitalized for 2 weeks.
If you get to see the dr. She is very good. Takes weeks if your lucky to schedule anything and follow up is terrible
