Connor went above and beyond with our HVAC service. He called ahead to make sure we would be home, and when we were briefly out, he arrived early and kindly waited for us. He was very knowledgeable about our AC and thermostat system and explained the wiring issue and smart hub connection in a simple way that was easy to understand.
