She is kind and explains things well the biggest issue is that my appts get cancelled almost all of the time. She is in the office only once a week so when she cancels your appts you can’t get back in for a while. She is hard to reach and her office is openly annoyed with her. You also have to be on top of all of your testing and your care because it gets overlooked and you constantly have to remind her that you need a test.
