Totally incompetent. He did breast implants for me and there was a huge bulge at the top of my breast. After fighting to get him to rectify the problem, fighting over 2 years, he refused to fix them. I ended up going to an actual professional Dr. Barnsley in Lantzville. Please avoid the expensive mistake I made.
