My parents have been going to this doctor's office for years but I'm now looking for a new provider as this place is the worse. The original issue we encountered was appointment related though we could deal with that as things happen and we all make mistakes. What I cannot deal with is the rude attitude of one Gloria, office manager. During my call, I pointed out to her some possible missteps that kept my 85+ yrs dad waiting for over 5 hours. I really appreciate Dr. Monroy for the time and attention he gives during each visit. Unlike most doctors, he never rushes through appointments and truly takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure I’m comfortable with every step of my care. It’s rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares the way he does. Highly recommended!
I can tell my father is at ease with his MD and the whole office. 3 of 4 members of the staff that I interacted with were above and beyond kind and helpful.
