The lab tech (I believe her name is Tamela) lacks customer service skills and is too rough. I stood in the doorway as it was my first time in the office while her back is turned because she is too busy watching the news on her iPad. She turns around and says “you suppose to be in here”. I visited this clinic because the VA referred me there. The front office staff can handle their business once you are in person, but they take a very long time to answer the phone, which is frustrating. When I arrived, I noticed the office hygiene was somewhat questionable. I waited about 20 to 30 minutes for the doctor while sitting there in my pink pajamas. I’ve been calling since Thursday. it has then been 3 business days and no call back. The treatment they gave me failed and the only thing they did was resent the exact same treatment that originally didn’t work. They also left me in the inbox for 4 days.
Bad really bad customer service . They won’t even try to help you without your insurance information.
The best Obgyn Doctor ever! I have been coming to Dr. Ogunlari since my first son starting in 2011. I have 3 boys and she just delivered my 3rd son! Thank you for seeing me through this journey! Thank you for being a wonderful doctor! I wanted to do natural no epidural and everything worked out just fine! If you want a doctor who truly cares! Book Dr. Ogunlari !
