This psychiatrist demonstrates a profound lack of the skills required to competently assess complex family dynamics. His evaluation was dangerously biased and dismissive of documented evidence of abuse, including physical and psychological harm, substance abuse, and parental abduction. Our family assessment with Antony Milch was by far the most traumatic part of my divorce and family court process. He charged us $16,000 - entirely unethical, taking advantage of us in a vulnerable situation. In addition to this he questioned me in a manner that was overtly personal and inappropriate. I strenuously warn other women against engaging Antony Milch in their matter.

Everything people are saying here is true in my experience. We had a court mandated assessment. Ten years later my children and I are still recovering from the damage this 'doctor' did to our family. My children still refer to him as Dr Mildew. He scared them. He scared me. He told me he had made up his mind about me almost as soon as our session began.
