This man is a weapon for abusers who can get him appointed by the Court by request. I received full custody of my children despite this man’s efforts. He claimed he had not been sent the footage, taken by 3 of my children, of the way their father treated them and me, I had to show it to him myself. Despite this, we had a court mandated review with him a year later and he reported word for word the father’s claims that the footage had somehow been doctored to make the father seem worse than he was. In my experience, this court-appointed process was extremely costly (around $30k) and I felt unheard and misrepresented. The outcome had a serious negative impact on my life, and I left with no confidence that my perspective was properly considered. Do not recommend.
My family also have had much the same experience with this so called extremely over paid expert, and I use the term expert very loosely. I feel sorry for those of you before us, and truly wish now that I had read these disturbing reviews before we paid a huge sum of money to this so called professional. I cant believe that lawyers are still reccommending his services, if I could give him no stars I definately would. His evaluation was dangerously biased and dismissive of documented evidence of abuse, including physical and psychological harm, substance abuse, and parental abduction.
