I was seeing a pain management doctor after surgery that fused me from my neck to my butt. That doctor would see me for 90 seconds, asked if I was still in pain and send a prescription to the pharmacy. Due to an insurance charge I had to seek out a new pain management doctor and my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Rivera. It was the BEST thing EVER happened to me! The management and billing person Kelly is rude and mean and controlling over the Dr himself and the office illegally will discharge you FOR NO REASON IF MANAGER DON'T LIKE YOU!!!! Take your care and health to someone who keeps their oath of medicine "say no harm do no harm". I filed a grievance against this office for illegal discharge and refusing to give 30 day supply of controls (which now I am cold turkey and in severe pain) legally and a referral for new Dr. they refused.
