I had an overall positive experience with Dr. Sy, who was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive during my visit. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable with the care I received. However, I was disappointed with the behavior of his assistant. The assistant came across as unprofessional, lacking courtesy and proper communication skills. Dr. Sy is very knowledgeable. He explains results thoroughly and gives great advice. He's easy to talk to. There's little to no wait time in this small office. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and does a wonderful job.
the receptionist is extremely disrespectful & argumentative on the phone.
