Dr. Zaryanov did a more thorough exam than the medical doctor. He explained the surgery well. The day of the surgery he was a calming presence, and afterward he explained the findings. Followup with the PA was excellent, with detailed answers to all my questions. Excellent practice all around.
Dr Zaryanov diagnosed my back pain was caused by spinal stenosis and spinal instability. Dr Z and his staff performed a L4 S1 Anterior Interbody Fusion to correct my spine problem. I’m writing this review 4 months after the surgery. Dr Z provided a clear explanation about the surgery. He said it was a major surgery which concerned me but he made me feel comfortable.
