Dr Cecere was an awesome Doctor what a great lost, We have the Dr replacing her Dr Denisa she has what Dr Cecere had Dr Denisa really cares about the patients and she is so concerned about the patients
Wonderful doctors but completely incompetent office staff. We need to switch doctors now because of the office staff's inability to get referrals. TERRIBLE - do not go here.
Last time I visited Dr Antoinette Cecere was before covid in 2019 or so but unfortunately Dr. Cecere was suffering of health issues and was taking a leave. Before that year 2018 and before that I truly enjoyed Dr. A Cecere as a doctor she takes her time with her patients, makes you feel comfortable and a has a calm demeanor unfortunately the same cannot be said of her administrative staff they are a bit rude and tough so my advice is just follow their instructions sit on the waiting room and go see the doctor. While the doctor is great, the office is horrible. You can never get through to a person, wait 5 days even w emergencies, they don’t return calls, they get nasty when you have to follow up and today Diane gave me the middle finger on camera!! Nadine chastises patients and can’t preform routine blood pressure or take temp properly. Me and my 4 family members have been patients for 10+ years and in the last 2 years the office let practice go to garbage when Dr. Cecere got sick.
