I had a 3:30 appt - at 4:05 I got up to ask how much longer I had been waiting 35 minutes - receptionist told me Dr Ham was with a patient and two more were in front of me - that is unacceptable and it’s a shame because I did like Dr Ham but waiting over two hours for a simple annual appointment is unheard of. I am a realtor - I ask Dr Ham would you wait over an hour if we had an appt to see houses? Of course not - proactive is not running properly if you get that far behind!
