Never answer the phone call even though I leave several calls a day.This is not very professional with this staff.
I went in for sleep study consult. Dr was nice and said I probably had sleep apnea. He told me to see scheduler for an appt. She seemed very stressed and was very curt. I felt like we were bothering her and she seemed irritated. I scheduled appt and asked her about the room setup. The room has no restroom, you have to go down the hall, This won't work for me so I asked about Home test. She said I'd need to get another referral from my PCP first. They never answer there phone and they dont keep there appointments. I have waited over an hour with not being seen and they dont care that there wasting people's time
