The staff is very rude!! Discrimination. Una joven en el área de recepción y la manager de área de seguro fueron muy altaneras y aunque tengo blue cross blue shield Pop... Su actitud hacía mi fué muy discriminatoria, como si yo le estuviera pidiendo un favor, a tal punto que me fuí de ahí sin atenderme y no vuelvo nunca más. So disappointed 😥
