I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Dr Simon Speed and Peyton. My 4 year old son needed to have his front tooth extracted following an accident that caused the tooth to crack and the nerve to die. Peyton was excellent at keeping my son calm and distracted during the procedure, and Simon was very gentle and efficient when removing the tooth. I can’t speak highly enough of my and my husbands experience with Dr Anthony Speed and the team of skilled employees working with him. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make Pat feel comfortable and reassured, this meant so much as usually Pat is a very nervous dental patient. Trusted them on my cerebral palsy non verbal young man and they did a very bad job affected his tooth and caused abcess and infection in his maxillary sinus and his health went down since then.beside the anathetist was very incompetent and my son was unwell after the procedure for few weeks. Coughing and vomiting blood and nose bleeding. Never go there again bad bad bad and now we have to seek maxillifacial surgeon to clean this act of malpractice.
As a support person I accompanied a patient with a serious mental health condition to this dentist today. The whole team were amazing in working with my patients very specific requirements. They were very caring and extremely efficient making the experience as bearable as a visit to the dentist can be. My patient wanted to specifically mention one of the dental assistants, "Patent" (Forgive my spelling) who was outstanding in her ability to work with my patient when she was at her most vulnerable.
