Had never been to this Dr before. Showed up for my appt, the door was locked! No lights on, there were UPS notices for the last three days stuck on the door, there was a note from a patient saying he was there for his 1pm appt, waited till 1:30pm, but had to leave for work. Another patient showed up while I was waiting outside, she stated she did not get the reminder the day before like she normally does.
