Dr Rotella has been my doctor for over 7 years. Before him I was with the same PCP since pediatrics. I watched the practice grow and felt more and more like a “burden”. Ultimately I chose to look elsewhere and I’m glad I found something like Dr Rotella. Dr Rotella takes the time to explain things to me and answer my many questions. He genuinely cares about his patients and this is evident after spending five minutes with him. If you are fortunate to get his as a doctor consider yourself very lucky.
Started with him in June 22 ,wouldn’t do refills without 3 calls to him ,wouldn’t send dot letter to urgent care,without multiple calls,this guy has no integrity ,honest,or care for his patients,so when I call him and ask him to do his ,he says I’m rude ,so do your job and customers won’t be rude,I have 37 years dealing with public ,I guarantee you won’t make it 10,all he wants to do is sell you pills ,
