If you are not on time for your appointment, the nurse will call the next person in line. The doctor's time is limited, and he or she must stick to a schedule. To avoid waiting, go a few minutes early.
I have been seeing him for years and always takes his sweet time but I never said a word. Today I had an appt. with him at 7:45 am and arrived at 7:50 which I never do but I had some trouble this morning. Anyway the receptionist checked me in and I waited for almost 20 minutes when she called me and told me that Dr. Hayes refuses to see me because I was five minutes late. What kind of doctor would do that, especially when is the first time happening and I always wait for him.
Dr Hayes is a very kind and patient and he is always understanding.
