These folks have been my dentists for about 3 years, and I should have reviewed them a long time ago. From the front desk to Dr. Burrows, it's a great group of supportive, friendly people. They found me a very good dental insurance group and are always willing to go the extra mile in taking care of special needs I may have. Was over charged on procuder paid it . Ask for my money back was told there was a Additional charge for X-ray to see if the new crown was placed properly. Told it would be 2 weeks to get my money back . Over priced on service guess that is all dentist
I had a great experience at Desert Springs Family Dentistry today. Everyone was very professional, kind, and helpful. The office was clean. I wouldn't have minded more time in the waiting room because it was nice and they had HGTV playing, but they called me back right away. The best part is they didn't try to sell me on a bunch of special procedures. They just did the basics and rescheduled me for six months. I will definitely go back.
