Awesome doctor been going here for more then30 years. Listen to yiou, takes his time, staff is amazing. The front desk is responsible for both doctors, over 300 patience. If you are in a rush dont be life too short. I seen new bee patience rude as heck. They treat you the way they treat everyone with respect. Sorry to say the Front Desk Girl is very nasty & demeaning!!! (Marella) She was so sarcastic & made me feel like I was dumb! Dr Avanzato should really clean house!!! I’m finding a new PCP! Can’t deal with the rudeness! I wouldn’t recommend him for that reason.
Called to find out what insurance plans Dr. Avanzato takes. Front desk didn’t know. If you’re going to be in healthcare, I suggest you train your staff to be knowledgeable on this information. So they can provide the proper information to the patients you care for & the community that you serve. When asking to speak with a manager, I was told he/she was not in.
