Had 2 teeth removed by Dr Poon. He only froze me( no sedation). I was sick to my stomach I was so nervous. Both he and Amanda were wonderful. Explained everything. It was a painless experience. Would highly recommend him.
I spent the last three months talking to Amanda the receptionist and came to them because we required direct billing. I’m not sure who in this economy has $2500 just lying around but we as a family certainly did not. Dr. Poon is very difficult to deal with and shows little care for his patients. Additionally his receptionist, Amanda, is incompetent and dishonest. I would avoid dealing with these people at all costs.
Got all four wisdoms teeth removed here at once. Great experience.
Had my wisdom teeth taken out a year ago (all four of them at the same time), went super well and healed nicely.
