I went to Dr. Pitrowski for oral surgery, bone graft, and two implants. The first time I sat in his chair he started to talk in a very soft and calm voice. I didn't even realize that he had picked up my lip and already given me the injections, something I've always dreaded when going to a dentist. His needles must be much thinner than most, joking because I know they are not, because I didn't feel even a pinch---incredible!!!
