Dr. Pitrowski and staff are so very professional and made me comfortable and informed. I needed to be seen quickly and they made arrangements and my procedure was done the same day. I also had a family member that had to be seen as well within the same month and had the same experience. I can’t say enough positive about Dr. Pitrowski . He is kind and caring and excellent at his profession! Thank you for the wonderful care.
I went to Dr. Pitrowski for oral surgery, bone graft, and two implants. The first time I sat in his chair he started to talk in a very soft and calm voice. I didn't even realize that he had picked up my lip and already given me the injections, something I've always dreaded when going to a dentist. His needles must be much thinner than most, joking because I know they are not, because I didn't feel even a pinch---incredible!!! Terrible experience, careless and unfriendly!
I recently completed my follow up exam at Coastal Oral Surgery for a gum tissue graft I had done there a couple of months ago. The front desk staff was very friendly and everything was on time. I was wonderfully impressed with the precision and professionalism exhibited by Dr. Pitrowski and his talented staff. Dr. Pitrowski is such a great surgeon. I recently had mandibular tori removal and a dental implant placed by Dr. Pitrowski at Coastal Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center in Arroyo Grande, California -- and want to share with you that I had a positive experience. Dr. Pitrowski and his staff were kind, knowledgeable, and caring. I felt informed, safe, and comfortable through the entire treatment process. I will recommend Dr. Pitrowski to my family and friends.
When I was 10 years old I went to Dr. Pitrowski to get teeth pulled. At first I was scared; but the whole procedure ran smoothly and all the staff were very kind to me. They did all they could to make me comfortable (including letting me come in PJs and watch a movie!) Dr. Pitrowski did a fantastic job and it was overall a great experience!
They were running so far behind that I had to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours. He ran panographic film for a single tooth removal despite having recent xrays from my dentist which cost nearly $75. Then the billing department was unable to verify my insurance so I paid the estimate in full ($270) and was told that I would get a refund from my insurance company when they worked it all out. One never looks forward to having an extract and implant performed, but Dr. Pitrowski is excellent at his craft, only very minor discomfort post procedure, staff is very courteous and well trained, and it was most impressive and thoughtful of Dr. P to call the evening of the procedure to follow up and offer any help in any way. Everyone should experience this kind of treatment.
