I have been seeing Dr Mills for over a year and I am lucky to have been able to be placed 'under his care'. Finding out you have CML is a shock but Dr Mills is always positive and does the best that he can and helps in any way he can. Helen is also always a pleasure to deal with, she goes above and beyond and is always there to assist.
I am currently being treated by Dr Mills, he and his team are extremely professional, just very hard to get into.
Have been seeing Dr Mills for years and are no longer required to see him. I would like to thank Helen and Dr Mills for the amazing way I was treated whilst in his care. I can't commend Helen enough for her great attention to detail and lovely attitude.
Atrocious customer service. Called to inquire about an appointment and spoke to 'Helen". After she told me the Dr is not taking new patients (he should take himself off the site then!) she continued to be very unhelpful and belittling. She gets paid based on the practice maintaining clientele. Irony at all?
