My exam was very thorough and each and every one of my questions were answered. Spent time with me and I never felt rushed. He puts you at ease as soon as you meet him. We are very fortunate to have him in this area.
Saw him at hospital emergency situation did my endoscopy and colonoscopy highly recommend he is compassionate and explains everything clearly and thankful he was available for my situation.

Dr. M pretty much saved my life. As a teen and young adult I suffered from IBS and I struggled to go to school and have a social life. I saw a different gastro at his office at the time who did a colonoscopy before diagnosing me. He wasn't the nicest guy so I asked for a different doctor and got doctor M. Both my father and my husband were patients of Dr. Masciarelli in '98 and '99, and they both loved him. I found him to be totally patient-oriented, caring, understanding, willing to listen to the patient and family, very knowledgeable and not bound by pre-conceived ideas. We now live in Delaware, near Lewes, and are considering a ferry ride to see Dr. Masciarelli in Cape May Court House.
I have been a patient of Dr. Masciarelli for many years. I recommend him to all my friends and family. I have total trust and confidence in him. He is an exceptional physician with a wonderful bedside manner.
Many years ago, Dr. Masciarelli diagnosed me with a rare autoimmune disease after going to many GI doctors . He is kind, compassionate,smart and a great listener and communicator. Many doctors talk over your head but he put everything in terms that I could understand and relieved my fears. Recently, I went to him with unusual symptoms that had been occurring for 4 yrs and he suggested a few safe medications. 6 months later, I feel like a new person. Dr. Masciarelli is amazing!Thank You
