The office and staff can make you leave an office. As a doctor myself, I encourage you to evaluate your staff. I showed up late for an appointment. Waited for another patient who was late to be rescheduled to check in. Was told I needed to reschedule to get my blood work results because I was 17 minutes late. This is not the first time I've been refused by this office. Policy is reschedule after 15 minutes but I waited to check in because another patron was at the window. Stupid. Lost another patient. My review was previously posted to this office location, but it seems someone moved it to a spurious address so it isn't easily seen. My 2023 review verbatim was: Service provided was great, but no one explained the costs and insurance ahead of the appointment. Bills from our First-Patient visit keep rolling in...$600 and still counting. We even ended up paying $150 for a 5 minute telehealth follow-up call, which Dr. Yuen insisted was necessary. Its providers like Barbara hearle who make doctor visits difficult for me. After having a panic attack in the office due to Barbara dismissive and condescending attitude towards me during my first few minutes of the visit she apologized for by her own admission “coming in guns blazing” after also admitting to canceling appointments (which I kept having to reschedule not knowing she was intentionally canceling them) while also saying “ I just didn’t want to waste your time” I made the appointment why would it be a waste of my... read more
