Incredibly poor practise. Beyond an initial appointment there has been basically no contact, despite ongoing attempts to raise issues with the medication prescribed. Appointments were scheduled with no notification, so you'd get sidewinded by a phone call at work, then slugged with a non-attendance fee. Trying to organise an appointment or anything was a futile test of patience. Everything left up to you to research and provide to their spec, then comms only via email, no personal contact, no phone contact, and wait time for initial consult estimated at 5months+ via telecon only (why?) yet payment required prior to. So glad it was me attempting to deal with this office, not anyone with anxieties, as the manner demonstrated was not kind, comp... read more
