Dr Will is a great doctor. Lindsay is also very caring and does her job well.
Booked Dr. Will through UHC and avillage Medical. Appoinment was at 3:20 on March 28th. Call at 3:16 telling them I am down the road and will be there in 5-10 minutes. The village medical rep says you are allowed a 30 minute grace period. I show up at 3:36. The receptionist says they will have to reachedule my appointment because I was over 15 minutes late. I explain the 30 minute grace period. She smiles and say no. Its 15 and that Dr. Will is there but wont take me because i was over 15 minutes late. NOT ONE OTHER PERSON I... read more
