I was looking for a new Dr for a long while.A friend suggested him years ago. He is the kindness & really listens to you. I would recommend him highly. I know he moved from Knights Rd where I first met him. I will follow him to what ever office he moves to‼️
Dr. Rosa is an excellent doctor! He is knowledgeable and listens to everything I have to say and he helps.
Office over billed me. Came in for an appointment and paid 80$ in copay as they are tier one on my insurance. Got a bill for 60 more in the mail later saying my copay is actually 140. I call their billing department to confirm. They said "oh no we are a tier 3 provider not a 1."On my insurances website it says they are tier one provider. I called my insurance to confirm, my insurance says they are indeed a tier 1 provider! But they have an office in West Chester that is tier 3. I went to Bala Cynwyd not West Chester.
