My 10 year old daughter was nervous going to a different dentist, we needed a consult done as our dentist is retiring no longer does braces etc. The office was the most professional and pleasant I’ve ever experienced. The office staff are so welcoming and kid friendly. There are many accomplishments to look at -all over the walls, plants with names (get your dental assistant her “Snoopy” plant, she’ll know who she is 😁) , and one of the best parts are the amazingly snuggly pups in office. Another reviewer described the same experience I had…. My daughter had an issue with a permanent retainer coming loose and her orthodontist is two hours from UMAINE. Her mouth was very irritated by the loose wire, they squeezed her in that day and fixed the issue- no charge!! Other offices I called said they couldn’t see her since she wasn’t established with the practice, or simply didn’t call me back. Very impressive response, staff were helpful on the phone and the practice simply had a kind, professional attitude.
