Another reviewer described the same experience I had…. My daughter had an issue with a permanent retainer coming loose and her orthodontist is two hours from UMAINE. Her mouth was very irritated by the loose wire, they squeezed her in that day and fixed the issue- no charge!! Other offices I called said they couldn’t see her since she wasn’t established with the practice, or simply didn’t call me back. Very impressive response, staff were helpful on the phone and the practice simply had a kind, professional attitude.
My son is a student at UMaine, his lower permanent retainer came loose and his regular Orthodontist is 2 hours away. Dr. Liberatore's office saw him on the same day and was able to fix his retainer at no cost. Very kind office staff, would highly recommend!
Traveling with family and my son had an emergency with his braces. The staff fit us in at the end of the day because they were booked up. Everyone was so nice and gentle. The dentist was amazing. He was able to resolve the problem quickly, gave us a simple treatment plan to follow, and even volunteered to have our family dentist call him if he had any questions. Amazing office and staff!
Dr tony is amazing!! He's personable but also very knowledgeable. My Kids love him!! Wish we had more of him in this world!
