My son has been seeing Dr. Kwan since he was 9. He is 23 now and still sees Dr Kwan for his yearly check. Amazing and Caring doctor!
Dr Kwan is an absolute genius he saved my left eye when I had a detached retina one of the best.
My optometrist (after diagnosing a retinal detachment) contacted Dr Tony Kwan. The receptionist allocated an appointment for next day afternoon. In the night around 9:00pm I got a call personally from Dr Kwan. He said he has reviewed the referral from my optometrist and a surgery is required ASAP. The surgery was done next day.
