His office staff is so rude! I will not go there!!!
Outstanding people
Dr. Allotta himself is fine, I haven't had a bad experience with him. However his office staff is an absolute waste of money. They don't believe in answering phones or returning calls. How am I supposed to schedule an appointment when no one can be bothered to pick up the phone? I've been to the PSJ office a few times at different times of the day and it's not busy. This is completely inexcusable behavior.

She called ahead, spoke with the office, confirmed they could do it, and booked the appointment. I have had the pleasure of seeing this doctor 2 times now and each time it has been a pleasure. He is well spoken,friendly and he “Listens!” Very personal doctor here not just another robot!
