**Review for Dr. Allotta – Port St. John Parkway, Port St. John, FL** My wife took our 5-year-old son here today for his scheduled physical. To give context, the school had advised her to come here. She called ahead, spoke with the office, confirmed they could do it, and booked the appointment. She arrived at 8:05 AM, filled out the necessary paperwork, and waited—just like many others, since they were busy. I have had the pleasure of seeing this doctor 2 times now and each time it has been a pleasure. He is well spoken,friendly and he “Listens!” Very personal doctor here not just another robot!
Terrible Dr. and office staff. I was suppose to have 2 MRI images but, he only called in one, then had to try and and call 2nd one into insurance at last minute. Then when I could not accommodate his time for the missed MRI, he blamed me for his mistake. He never went over my image with me to show where the issue is in my shoulder. He read directly from the MRI report, which I had in my portal. Incompetent and arrogant.
