They have treated our family for many years. They have kind and gentle staff.
What a poor experience. 1) They aren’t taking new Medicaid patients. 2) They sell you an Alpha Dental plan, you pay for it on your credit card, then suddenly at your appointment 2 days later they don’t accept the plan they advertised. 3) The front desk receptionists fail to take responsibility for providing false information, blaming Alpha Dental when they are the ones who gave me the info on a typed sheet with agent code 005.
