I have been going to Dr. Giovine for 20 years. I think he is one of the best doctors I have ever met, but the office has sincerely gone downhill over time specifically if you call the Lakewood number you will get a busy signal every day all day 99% of the time. If you don’t get a busy signal, someone will answer and say please hold and they will put you on hold for 20 minutes. One star is too good for them, I’d offer negative but it’s not an option. Terrible, disgusting, rude, unprofessional and every other terrible adjective to describe them. My wife went into labor at 33 weeks. Dr. Tesheva in the hospital made my wife feel as if she was a nuisance, she told her that she is and I quote “ taking up beds from other patients”. It is impossible to get through to the office!!! I have been trying for hours. Very poor customer service although the doctors are terrific.
