This practice is horrid. My wife got a refraction and could not see out of her glasses. The optometrist saw a major swing in the prescription so my wife went back and got another refraction which was more in line with where it should have been. The office would not negate the charge for the first poorly done refraction and tried to blame it on my wife. The office staff was and always has been rude. Go to this practice under your own peril.
