Dr Novak is an excellent MD, very thorough and caring. His office provides great customer service, very well run with knowledgeable staff. I could not be more satisfied.
Dr. Novak and his staff are fantastic! Sometimes you may have to wait a bit in the office - but it's because he takes the time to listen to his patients and truly cares about their concerns. I appreciate that attention to detail! He's also a great surgeon!
Always a 2 hour appointment . Today I arrived at my appointment @ 9:45. I was called back to have some tests run before my appointment which was at 10:00 had my eyes dilated which takes 20 to 30 minutes usually. Was placed in a room to wait....after and hour and a half I needed to use the restroom left my room told reception, noticed the assistant and Dr.. in the hallway. Went back to my room within 10 minutes Doctor arrived telling me he had came to my room but I was not there that is why the late response. No I was there y... read more

Plan on waisting your entire day waiting to be seen. They over book people so badly we've had to reschedule due to their being late He is a good doctor, being the only specialist in town apparently makes his time more important than anyone else's.
