I really liked Dr. Elgohary and wanted to keep going to him, but ever since they moved to the Suffolk location, all calls go immediately to an answering machine, and no one ever calls back or responds to emails. Very sad
I required emergency dental care and my husband scheduled the appointment. Heidi, up front, said he didn’t confirm. I called desperately trying to get in for medical help the next day they were open. While trying to get help - that did result in an ambulance ride to the emergency department - I received this TEXT message: “Dr. Elgohary, wanted me to reach out to you. He attempted a call to you. Customer Service is not good and one does not get the feeling that they are cared about. Also they office does not do many basic dental tasks and refers you out to other offices not caring if they accept your insurance or not. For example they do not preform root canals here.
