Dr. Anthony provided top-notch care to me for 21 years prior to his retirement. He is a true professional. However, I have nothing positive to say about his “office troll” named Shar (or Char). I’ve observed her obnoxious, surly behavior toward me and every other patient in this practice. She is a rude source of negative energy and should not be allowed to work with the public. Unfortunately, you cannot work with this practice without dealing with this beast on the phone or in person.
While my primary doctor was his brother, Peter, I saw Dr. Anthony Malench several times over the years and he was proactive, kind, and thorough. Because he ordered a CT when my OBGYN had not, early stage ovarian cancer was discovered. That was in 2014 and I am cancer-free and forever grateful.
Very curtious and knowledgeable. Gives straight forward answers and resolutions.

My wife had an appointment with the Doctor's brother. At the office the nurse angrily told her that the appointment was with Dr. Anthony Malench the sheet were she signed her name. I told the Doctor if his office didn't want Hispanic patients he should say so. His response was they were not prejudiced and he apologized to me but not to my wife. The apology was fake one can tell. The office was completely unprofessional.
The nurses are not friendly what so ever. Your health is not important to them. I went in with extreme chest pains after the ER ran an EKG and took chest X-rays which all came back normal however I was still having trouble breathing and my chest pains were getting worse. I went to his office and they could see how much pain I was but still told me they do not take walk ins and they would schedule me an appt three days later. I'm disgusted with their services. If I could give Zero stars I would.
