Dr Dilley was fantastic with my 9 year old son. He explained things in a clear and inclusive way, made my son feel completely comfortable about his procedure, and was kind and easy to talk to throughout the process. The service at St George Private was exceptional, could not fault our whole experience.
We would highly recommend Dr Dilley and are very grateful for the care he provided for our twins. He is clearly a skilled and experienced surgeon, and we felt very confident in his care. The follow-up and support was also excellent, with any questions or concerns addressed promptly. His practice nurse, Julie, was wonderful and attentive, and took great care of us throughout.
Very nice dr took the time to explain things about delaying my sons circumcision which I understood. Very caring and reassuring. Great reception staff.
Did a feeding ultrasound with my 6 week old and found he was drawing my nipple up into the hard palate so he was given some dummies to do 'tongue physio '. The nurse Julie was awesome and encouraged us to contact her with any questions about anything. They don't just snip any small tongue tie, they look at other options first and weigh up risks vs benefit. Can highly recommend to anyone with breastfeeding issues.
We cannot thank Dr Dilley and his wonderful nurse enough for the exceptional care they provided to our 2-week-old grandson during his circumcision today. From the moment we arrived, they were professional, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring.
