Dr. Davies has been my physician for many years. I have seen him grow in his practice and have always found him to be attentive, solution oriented, and genuinely invested in my care. This review is not a reflection of him. My concern is with the nurse practitioner, Julia. You can't even speak to a real receptionist now, they have a virtual assistant that takes twice the time to book an appointment because it doesn't understand what you're saying. The only good thing that the office had going for them was their old receptionist, Lindsay, who they got rid of when they restructured their office. Furthermore, any time you go to the office, your experience is totally impersonal and cold. We will be going elsewhere from now on.
Horrible experiences here that resulted in my mothers demise after taking their COVID-19 vaccine. I'm trying to get my right to treatment respected by Dr. Davis and that isn't what he does. He doesn't obey his Hippocratic Oath and instead has horrible staff that schedule appointments and don't inform of time and date of appointments, then blame the patient for missing appointments they never scheduled.
