Sadly no one has a choice with who they get as a doctor and have no ability to change doctors. Guess I should be "lucky" but feel it may be better going to emerg or a walk in to ensure proper care is given. Furthermore, those who answer the phone are extremely rude and dismissive.
I've never met a doctor's office that is so unorganized and incompetent as Dr. Davey's + his wife which is the nurse practitioner at the front. I recently had a stroke in December and it took them five times to fill out my medical papers for MTO to be reinstated for my license which caused me to set back three more months of my driver's license. I literally had to get my MPP involved to get it straightened out. They're the most rudest people I have ever met. They don't listen to your concerns or your medical conditions. It's... read more
It pains me to write this review, as when Davies first started to be my family physician, I was impressed at how willing he was to help. Unfortunately, this is no longer a doctor's office I'm proud of. Ever since he started taking on medical students, his practice has gone downhill to the point of not even being able to SEE my doctor anymore. truly pains me to write a bad review of my family doctor. When requesting an appointment to see your doctor, you would think you would see your family doctor. Not his wife the nurse practitioner, Juliana. Then to only be lied to by the receptionist because she’s too afraid to stand up to Juliana. And this is why the turn around is so bad here. Receptionist lies, can’t see your own family doctor when requested, and when you do get stuck with Juliana, you can hardly breathe because her perfume is so strong. So stay away if you... read more
