My family member went to Dr. Casino for an implant due to loss of the front tooth. I am the advocate for my family member. The only complaint is the office staff. They are not helpful when dealing with insurance company paperwork since they are going to get their money anyway. I found one particular staff member to be rude, interrupting me and not listening to my questions. Seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of me and I felt like my problem was too insignificant to be addressed.
