Agreed to a cost reduction but never followed through with his word. Had ER room visit at Glendale Adevntist. The facility was in-network but the ER doctor that was "assigned" was not. I asked the admissions office before how I'm supposed to know this if the doctor assigned will be in network. They couldn't give guidance but re-assured it would be "ok". .
Not to be trusted. AT ALL!
