Had an appointment and was waiting in the waiting room for over 45 minutes. The staff at the reception desk was very unfriendly, not helpful, and all I needed was a drug screen, to pee in a cup, yet this managed to take nearly an hour. Not considerate of my time and rude. The person who conducted my test was great, but overall terrible service. Would drive 10 miles further to avoid going to this place again.
