I wish I had read reviews before I started working with them. They almost throw the CPAP machine at you with few directions and then do not provide much support. Other people are having support issues with this provider as well. I cannot get a support appt for a month and there is a time crunch with my insurance company to be successful within 3 months or they will not pay for the machine.
