Amazing life saver. Cannot say enough
I was looking forward to collaborating with this facility due to the positive reputation of Dr. Alastra. However, my experience was overshadowed by the conduct of the facility's manager, Marlana. Her approach was not only unwelcoming but also dismissive, especially concerning the serious nature of my client's injuries. Marlana's comment, "just because she was in a car accident," demonstrated a concerning lack of empathy and professionalism, which made it impossible for me to proceed with scheduling my client's appointment.
