Dr Al Dehneh is a very fine Doctor, however, his office staff in Fort Walton Beach are the largest gathering of impolite, incompetent people with whom I have ever dealt. My wife was schedule for an appointment this morning. When she handed the staff the appointment card, clearly marked for 8:50 today, they said, “ You are here on the wrong day! The doctor isn’t in today.” They offered no apology, simply handed my wife a new card and said, “See you tomorrow!” Slammed the window and went back to drinking their coffee‼️
