I visited the facility on 20 June 2025. I arrived, signed where necessary, and was taken back I was in the surgery room within 15 minutes and was up and out. I was very impressed and satisfied with the customer service provided and received.

3rd colonoscopy in 15 years - dreaded it, but Dr. Tharpe and her staff were efficient and made me very comfortable!
Made herself known that she was there for the procedure and provided comfort and asked if all was ready. Her assisting personnel were just as informative and friendly.
