I went to Dr. Bhalla with a long history of heartburn and stomach pains. She was very helpful in every visit and spent a lot of time going over and explaining why I was having the problem for so many years. She called me after her regular hours to go over my test results and explained everything in great detail. One time when there was a need for further treatment, she even arranged for me to go to a specialty hospital. She was very caring and gave very clear instructions.
I went to Dr. Balla with a complaint of stomach cramps/constipation. I was blown away when she sat down at a computer and used some kind of MD software to research the treatment of my symptoms. She didn't provide me with even one piece of new and valuable information. She pressed on several spots on my stomach and asked the typical "does this hurt?".
