I have been Dr Jamil's patient for about 5 years and before that with the two, now retired, Sr Glaucoma Specialists (Dr Mills and Dr Johnstone) . Yes, there were long waits while she was transitioning after Dr Mills became ill and retired. (Dr Johnston had already retired). She was seeing patients, in surgery, moving to the Poly Clinic where they could take on more of the office organization and she also was hiring another doctor. Dr. Jamil is Awesome and cares for her patients. She is a certified Glaucoma Specialist with over the Top treatment.
Excellent service and an exceptional surgeon.
a horrible experience from the word go, overbooking, long waits, misinformation, terrible patient/doctor communication and limited as far as treating advanced to end stage glaucoma. sought out a second opinion and had the complete opposite experience and now in the care of a highly skilled glaucoma specialist.
