I very rarely reviews but I feel I have to this time. I visited Dr Li for an urgent letter for insurance purposes when she was covering for my regular pediatrician who was out of town. Dr Li asked me to go to her office, which I did same day, but she still wouldn’t issue the letter, and asked me to pay another visit, which was unnecessary in my situation. I asked the woman at her front desk for a reason for a second visit, and that rude woman ended up cursing my baby and calling me an incompetent mother.
